Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States. Here is what you can expect after placing your order.

 

Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Each order is prepared with care before it leaves us. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.

 

Where we ship

At this time we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future.

 

Warm weather note

Our Pure Lux Lotion Candles are wax based and can soften or melt in high heat. During warmer months, we recommend choosing a delivery address where your package can be brought indoors promptly. We are unable to take responsibility for melting that occurs after a package has been delivered.

 

Lost or delayed packages

Once your order is handed to the carrier, it is in their care. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please email us at hello@shopthemidnighthour.com and we will do our best to help track it down.
