Refund policy

At The Midnight Hour, we want you to love your Pure Lux Lotion Candles. Because our products are skin-contact items, we are only able to accept returns on items that are unopened and unused, for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

Returns

You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. We are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.

 

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

 

How to start a return

To begin a return, email us at hello@shopthemidnighthour.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we will provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
